Ayer hicimos un poco de limpieza de nevera y fabricamos un revoltillo de puntas de esparrago triguero con kuzu y leche de soja.  ¡Increíble!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;También dejamos preparadas albóndigas de cochayuyo y la comida de hoy, un guiso con estas albóndigas, salsa de tomate casera, judías pintas y un toque de curry.
